Auburn Hills, Michigan-based BorgWarner sells engineered automotive systems as well as components primarily for powertrain applications worldwide. The company has operating manufacturing and technical facilities in 58 locations in 19 countries. The completion of the transaction is subject to certain customary terms and conditions, including the approval of Remy International’s stockholders.
