Janet Jackson, Wissam Al Mana Welcomes Baby Boy Eissa

Janet Jackson and husband Wissam Al Mana welcomed baby boy Eissa Tuesday, January 3, and congratulations have flooded in starting with sister La Toya and nephew T.J. for her to become a first-time mother at age 50.

Representative of the Rhythm Nation singer shared the happy news issuing a statement mentioning, “Janet had a stress-free healthy delivery and is resting comfortably.”

The hitmaker’s older sister La Toya tweeted congratulations referring the news to be exciting. She shared a snap of an “It’s a Boy” balloon.

Newphew T.J. tweeted too immediately after the news arrived from Janet’s rep. However, he got the name of the little one wrong in the message. He tweeted, “Congrats Auntie @JanetJackson!!! So so happy for you & Wissan. Enjoy every minute with your greatest hit, Elissa (sic) #parenthoodisthebest.”

Take note the spelling of Eissa as Elissa in the message.

Other celebs who congratulated Janet Jackson in her happiest moment were singer Gloria Gaynor, Broadway star Audra McDonald and even American author Terry McMillan.

The singer first disclosed about her pregnancy in March last year. She cancelled her remaining part of the Unbreakable World Tour until 2017 citing to focus more on starting a family.

In a video message she said on Twitter then, “We’re in the second leg of the tour and there actually has been a sudden change.”
