PlayStation 4.5 Releasing Before October

Sony launched PlayStation 4 three years ago and still the gaming console is being sold like hot cake across the world.

As of January 2016 about 35 million units of the gaming system had been sold all over the world.

Lately there had been rumors Sony may soon come up with the next generation of the console and to be dubbed as PlayStation 5.

However, it is also reported the next iteration is to be named as PlayStation 4.5 or PlayStation 4 Neo.

In one of the latest updates it is being suggested the new announcement about PS4.5 to come sooner than later. French video game distributor Innelec Multimedia claims Sony may release the next iteration before October.

A press release of the distributor for 2016 fiscal year earnings disclosed the release window of the next PS machine.

The release writes an evolution of the PS4 console will be coming up during the first half of the current financial year.

After the release PlayStation New information started circulating online, but Innelec said they currently don’t have any information related to the speculated console.

Earlier reports revealed the upcoming console to run at 4K and come equipped with a more powerful CPU.

Further rumors claim the new machine to come at a price tag around $400, which is the same price of PS4 at the time when it was launched in 2013.
