Here are things a Medical Aspirant must do on the night before exam

Documents and Stationary

Arrange that required documents a night before the exam, including the admit card. Pack your stationary and arrange everything you need on the day of the exam. Double check the admit card, the address of your examination center and figure out how you are going to travel.

Glance – Polish What You Know

The day before the NEET exam glance over every topic briefly. Brush up the relevant formulas, and tips and tricks. It is advisable to eat a high fiber and low sugar diet. Most grains, vegetables, and meals with high vitamins and minerals are recommended. A healthy diet will regulate mood, reduce stress, and increase metabolism.

Avoid Caffeine, Sodas, and Sugary Drinks

Caffeine is a brain blocking beverage that increases the blood sugar level. The human body also uses more energy to break down these complex sugars, and much energy is wasted in this process. Caffeine also increases nervousness and should be avoided, however, if you are used to drinking coffee then limit the quantity.

Go for a Walk

After you have had your last meal of the day, go for a long walk, and prepare yourself to ace the NEET exam. Go out in natureand build your focus. Stay calm, confident and concentrate on the next day.

Eliminate any Negative Thoughts

Don’t let any negative thoughts invade your mind. If for any reason a thought pops up in your mind then try and eliminate it. Stop worrying about the exam because it will only add to the stress, and stay calm and composed.

De-Stress – Read a Book, Watch Something or Listen to Music

Every student should do something the night before the examination. De-stressing is important and watching a movie or a light comedy show, or even reading something can help declutter the mind. Listening to light music and contemplating also helps in de-stressing.

Sleep Enough

Sleep is the most important thing to do the night before theexamination. Not getting enough sleep will make you dysfunction the next day and may even leave you with a headache. Sleeping for eight hours is necessary to be fresh and active the next day. It will also ensure that one’s circadian rhythm is in sync.
