Kinsey will move on to become the Chief Executive Officer of a casual dining restaurant company. Upon Kinsey’s resignation, his responsibilities will be reallocated among current members of management. Kinsey will also resign his position as a member of the Company’s board of directors. Keith, who joined Noodles in 2005, has served as president since July 2012 and COO since November 2007. He also served as CFO from July 2005 to July 2012. He has been a member of the Noodles board of directors since November 2008. Noodles & Company (NASDAQ:NDLS) stock hit highest price at $16.80, beginning with a price of $16.49 to close at 16.00 by a decrease of -3.50% with a day range of $15.97-$16.80.

Pfizer Inc. (NYSE:PFE) reported that it has signed into an contract with GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) to purchase its quadrivalent meningitis ACWY vaccines, Nimenrix as well as Mencevax, for a total consideration of around $130M.
