Even though a member of Donald Trump’s transition team, Anthony Scaramucci, claimed in his appearance on BBC’s HARDtalk that Sir Elton John would perform during the inaugural ceremony of the 45th President of America in Washington DC early next year, it is lately denied by the singer’s representative.

Elton John Confirms Not Performing At Trump's Presidential Ceremony

Sir Elton John’s spokeswoman Fran Curtis said no such proposal has come to them and the singer will not perform at the ceremony.

His publicist added, “Elton’s music has not been requested for use in any official capacity by Donald Trump. Any use of his music should not be seen as an endorsement of Donald Trump by Elton.”

It is not to forget some of his songs including Tiny Dancer and Rocket Man were played during the election campaign of Trump to which the singer himself said he don’t want his music to be involved in the campaign as he is British.

John added he had met Trump earlier and found him to be a nice man to him and whatever is his political views are his own and his views are different and he is not a Republican in a million years.

The singer continued saying, “Why not ask Ted fucking Nugent? Or one of those fucking country stars? They’ll do it for you.”

It is now to see whether Trump takes his advice. Share your own views too with us and fellow readers in the below given comment box.
