It is well known by everyone exercise is good for health, but it is also to be noted it is good for wallet too.

Exercise Reduces Healthcare Bill Too: Study

In one of the recent studies it is found those adults with cardiovascular disease who exercised regularly spent $2,500 less on health care compared to others who didn’t exercise thinking such coronary artery disease, arrhythmias, heart attack, stroke or peripheral artery disease are not related to exercise for recovery.

Details of the study are published in the American Heart Association journal. The researchers studied 26,000 American adults.

Cardiologist Dr. Khurram Nasir said the message is clear that no better pill reduces the risk of disease as exercise and optimizing physical activity reduces healthcare costs too.

Nasir is the paper’s senior author too.

In the era of technology people are opting less of physical activity and more of remaining indoor busy with computers, mobiles and televisions. It is highly suggested one should indulge in at least half-hour of walk a day to keep oneself fit and healthy.
