Miss North Dakota Cara Mund Is Miss America 2018

Miss North Dakota, Cara Mund, is the most beautiful woman in all the 50 states and has become the new Miss America. She emerged as the best in five categories – lifestyle and fitness, talent, evening wear, interview and on-stage questions.

Cara Mund was earlier Miss North Dakota’s Outstanding Teen, Miss Pre-Teen, Little Miss and Miss Junior Teen as well.

The new Miss America 2018 graduated from Brown University and is currently accepted to law school at the University of Notre Dame.

Crediting her mother as the greatest role model in her life, the young beauty revealed she was diagnosed with cancer three times.

In the talent round the young model performed a jazz dance to “The Way You Make Me Feel” of Michael Jackson.

Talking about the withdrawal of United States from Paris Agreement she said, “I do believe it’s a bad decision. Once we reject that, we take ourselves out of the negotiation table and that’s something that we really need to keep in mind.”

Cara Mund added that it is evidence climate change exist whether one believes or not.

Winning the Miss America 2018 title she receives a $50,000 scholarship, appearance contract with Dick Clark Productions and a six-figure salary during her reign.

Last year the title was grabbed by Savvy Shields. She is from Arkansas.
