The war between Samsung and Apple[NASDAQ:AAPL] seems to go further intense as the South Korean giant today announced offering a 30-day trial of its Galaxy S6 Edge+, Galaxy S6 Edge and Galaxy Note 5 to the iPhone owners for a tiny amount of just $1.
iPhone users just need to sign up to grab the opportunity of 30-day trial and the registration is accepted only through the browser on the Apple device. Samsung will be sending a phone to the participants with activated SIM-card along with a cable to transfer data to its device from the iPhone.
The phone numbers will be retained in the new SIM-card and standard data plan will be made available against $1 for 30 days. AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon as well as Sprint are supporting the campaign by offering data, text and voice plan under the norms.
With the launching of new test drive it seems Samsung is confident iPhone owners will love its latest devices. However, it is not to forget the sales of mobile manufacturer dropped 5.3 percent last year across the world and that of iPhone jumped by 36 percent.
China was the major market for iPhone in 2014. Customers preferred bigger screen. The iPhone 6 measures 4.7 inches and iPhone 6 Plus comes with a screen size of 5.5-inch.
Samsung has gone a step forward in terms of size of screens. Its Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 Edge+ comes with a screen size of 5.7-inch.
