Probably on March 29 Samsung may unveil its upcoming Galaxy S8 and S8 Edge smartphones, if believed to a tech writer Evan Blass by way of his Twitter handle @evleaks.

It is learned the two new flgaship may come equipped with larger screen sizes, even larger than the supersize 5.7-inch of Galaxy Note 7, which was recalled globally for faulty batteries that was potential to catching fire.

Blasss writes the Samsung Galaxy S8 may sport a 5.8-inch screen and the Edge version of it to have a 6.2-inch whopper – screens that to cover about 85 percent of the phone bodies and leaving little bezel to take up space, making no room for capacitive buttons too that is usually found below the screen.

This is an opportunity for the South Korean giant to show off new hardware designs that would not either catch fire or explode unlike Galaxy Note 7.

Also, Galaxy S8 will be the first phone after the recall to regain confidence of buyers in the brand and to the potential buyers too who has never bought before a Samsung phone.

Samsung has assured the S8 comes after a revised 8-point battery-testing procedure and has left more room inside the battery.

So, wait until March 29 when the device will be revealed at an event in New York.
