Trump Supports European Institutions: Mike Pence

United States Vice President Mike Pence said in his Europe tour President Trump supports crucial European institutions.

While standing next to European Council president and former Poland prime minister Donald Tusk in Brussels he said its his privilege on behalf of Trump to express strong commitment to continued cooperation with the EU.

When asked by the reporters about his statement upon firing the national security adviser Michael T. Flynn, he looked a bit discomfort and said, “I was disappointed to learn that the facts that have.”

Many European policy makers believe the Trump administration will impose protectionist tariffs.

However, Pence said the US is more dependent on Europe than what others believe.

It is not to forget the Trump government had earlier called EU a vehicle for Germany.

Following the brief meeting Tusk said he felt reassured with the government’s policy.

Meanwhile, the ban on seven Muslim countries still exist even though the court has called for relooking at it.
