Guaido claimed in one of his rallies the aid would enter Venezuela on Friday 23.

Guaido self-declared himself as legitimate leader of Venezuela and called Maduro to step down arguing his 2018 re-election was a sham.

United States and several other western countries have recognized Guaido as legitimate leader and called Maduro to step down.
