More Sex Means Better Chances Of Getting Pregnant: Study

If you want to start a family, it is suggested to have more sex as it boosts up the female fertility.

In a new study researchers from Indiana University have given an answer to the theory to continue sex even outside the cycle of ovulation as it boosts up the immunity for conceiving. This simple and healthy secret can bring happiness.

The researchers said sex initiates the physiological changes in the body and it also increases the chances of getting pregnant.

Details of the study are published in the Fertility and Sterility journal as well as in the Physiology and Behavior journal.

Lead author of the study Tierney Lorenz said it is usually recommended by experts the couple should engage in regular intercourse while trying to have a baby as this increases the chances of getting pregnant. The intercourse should also be extended to non-fertile periods. Her research is the first to show regular intercourse promotes type of required immunity that supports conception.

Lorenz is a visiting research scientist at the Kinsey Institute at Indiana University.

Earlier too couple of studies have suggested the immune function changes during pregnancy.
