E-commerce firm, Amazon.com Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN) stated an 19.9 percent rise in quarterly revenue, helped by higher sales in North America, its biggest market, and continued growth in its Amazon Web Services unit. The firmstated a profit of $92 million, or 19 cents per share, for the Q2 ended June 30, compared with a loss of $126 million, or 27 cents per share, a year earlier. Incomerose to $23.19 billion from $19.34 billion. Amazon.com Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN) reported a loss of -1.25% to close at $482.18. The stock is going forward its 52-week low with 69.78% and moving down from its 52-week high price with -2.23%.

Cigna Corp. (NYSE:CI) reported preliminary financial results for the Q2 2015. Cigna’s shareholders’ net income is predictable to be at least $574 million, or at least $2.21 per share, compared to $573 million, or $2.12 per share, previous year. Adjusted income from operations is predictable to be at least $650 million, or at least $2.50 per share. Cigna Corp. (CI) reported preliminary financial results for the Q2 2015. Cigna’s shareholders’ net income is predictable to be at least $574 million, or at least $2.21 per share, compared to $573 million, or $2.12 per share, previousyear. Adjusted income from operations is predictable to be at least $650 million, or at least $2.50 per share. Cigna Corp. (NYSE:CI) reported a gain of 2.18% to close at $154.36. Telecom giant Vodafone Group Plc (NASDAQ:VOD), in its trading update for the first quarter ended June 30, 2015, said group revenue for the quarter edged down 0.9 percent to 10.11 billion British pounds from last year on a reported basis, but was up 3.3 percent on an organic basis. Revenues included a 3.1 percentage point favorable impact from M&A and a 7.3 percentage point adverse impact from foreign exchange movements. Shares of Vodafone Group Plc (NASDAQ:VOD) traded at $36.19 by plunging -0.69% with price volatility of 0.83% for a week and 1.00% for a month. Its beta stands at 0.73 times.
