Verizon Communications Inc. (NYSE:VZ) released that a multi-year content licensing contract with Scripps Networks Interactive (SNI), a developer of lifestyle video content, for Verizon’s mobile first video offering. The agreement includes content from Scripps Networks Interactive brands including Food Network, HGTV, Travel Channel, DIY Network and Cooking Channel and will be available to Verizon Wireless customers later this year. Shares of Verizon Communications Inc. (NYSE:VZ) traded at $47.44 by surging 0.32% with price volatility of 0.89% for a week and 0.99% for a month. Its beta stands at 0.37 times.

OneSubsea, a Cameron International Corporation (NYSE:CAM) and Schlumberger (SLB) company, reported that it has received a contract totaling more than $60 million for the Shah Deniz Two development, operated by BP, offshore Azerbaijan.OneSubsea said it was awarded the initial contract for subsea trees for Shah Deniz Two in 2013. The scope of the new contract includes the supply of the second of three planned batches of subsea production trees and ancillaries. Deliveries are expected to commence 2016. OneSubsea Chief Executive Officer Mike Garding said, “We are very pleased to be continuing the work on the Shah Deniz development. These high pressure trees are based on the tree technology supplied for the BP Isabela project in the Gulf of Mexico.” Cameron International Corporation (NYSE:CAM) stock hit highest price at $53.98, beginning with a price of $53.96 and reported a loss of -0.46% to the closed at $53.99 with a day range of $53.31-$53.98. The total market capitalization remained 10.22 Billion, total volume of 2.82 Million shares held in the session was surprisingly higher than its average volume of 2585.22 shares.

Novartis AG (NYSE:NVS) reported that the Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use (CHMP) of the European Medicines Agency or EMA adopted a positive opinion for Farydak (panobinostat, previously known as LBH589) capsules, in combination with bortezomib and dexamethasone, for the treatment of adult patients with relapsed and/or refractory multiple myeloma who have received at least two prior regimens including bortezomib and an immunomodulatory agent or IMiD. Novartis AG (NYSE:NVS) stock has highest price of $100.83 in last session, beginning with a price of $100.50 and reported a loss of -0.80% to the closed at $100.82 with a day range of $100.33-$100.83. The stock is going forward its 52-week low with 23.17% and moving down from its 52 week high price with -4.73%.
