FBI Knows Better How To Crack iPhones?

It now seems the FBI has become really an expert in cracking iPhones. After gaining access to the iPhone 5c of one of the San Bernardino attackers the agency is now offering to same help out local law enforcement agencies too.

If believed to Buzzfeed, the investigating agency has sent out a memo to several local law enforcement agencies detailing interest in helping out.

It is learned the agency was conducted by several parties about how to crack over the encryption mechanism protecting the shooters’ iPhone.

Someone suggested ten bad attempts may wipe out the security mechanism where as one explained in mid-March how to gain access and it did work prompting the FBI to drop lawsuit against Apple.

FBI has not detailed in its memo how exactly it was able to unlock the phone and probably it will never disclose.

Meanwhile, Apple has not addressed how the exploit can be patched.

In a statement the iDevice giant wrote, “We will continue to increase the security of our products as the threats and attacks on our data become more frequent and more sophisticated.”
