The app can be downloaded free from Google Play for Android devices and Apple’s App Store for iOS phones and tablets.

The Google Allo is expected to be live globally in next few days. The rollout is gradual from device to device and location to location.

The Google Allo is said to be a smart messaging app offering more features than just basic chat. It can keep conversation going with the help of assistance when required as well as to say more and do more too within the chats.

The app requires Google account to start but it will not be capable of tapping personal information in other Google products such as Photos, Gmail and Calendar.

Allo was unveiled at this year’s Google’s I/O along with video calling app Duo.

Smart Reply feature was first debuted for Gmail Inbox last year in November. It helps in having whole conversation by just tapping on suggestions.

When Google launched Duo many said it was an answer to FaceTime.
