A day ago, Saturday, anti-government protesters gathered near to the parliament in thousands demanding wide-ranging political reforms.

According to police officer, two cars loaded with explosives were parked. Minutes later both detonated. The first car exploded near to government offices and the second one at an open-air bus station.

In March about 1,119 people were killed and another 1,561 were injured.

UN envoy Jan Kubis said, “It pains us to see the continuing bloodletting and loss of life, particularly among civilians who are paying a high price as a result of bombings and the armed clashes.”
