Meanwhile, Hyderabad CP Anjani Kumar has issued safety advisory to people with suggestions how women need to safeguard themselves. He urged them to share location, taxi or auto number plate details and contact number of driver with friends and family members.

Kumar suggested the women to wait in crowded and illuminated areas and avoid isolated places. He asked to download Hawkeye app and keep the location services on their mobile devices enabled at all times.

Bollywood actor Salman Khan condemned the brutal gangrape and murder of the veterinarian. He addressed the rapists as shaitans who are disguised in human form.

He tweeted, “This is the time to let these demons know that we all stand together.”

Actor Varun Dhawan urged the entire country to come together and stop such rapes to happen.

He tweeted, “Right now the only focus has to be on making sure the girl and her family gets justice.”
