Twitter, Inc. (NYSE:TWTR) slightly down in previous trading session as less than a week following declared his resignation as chief executive officer of Twitter, Dick Costolo took to the stage at the Bloomberg Technology Conference in San Francisco to discuss his departure. On July 1, Jack Dorsey, a Twitter co-founder and CEO of payments company Square, will step in as interim CEO at Twitter while the board of directors searches for a replacement. Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:HTZ) reported that its Hertz Equipment Rental Corporation or HERC subsidiary has hired equipment rental industry veteran Bruce Dressel as Chief Operating Officer of HERC. As COO of HERC, Dressel will focus on leading the sales and operations teams as well as driving growth in North America. He brings with him deep experience in the equipment rental industry as well as has over 30 years in leadership and senior management roles. As President and CEO of Sunbelt Rentals, he grew the company from 24 to 195 locations during his tenure there. Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. Coty Inc. (NYSE:COTY) released that Bart Becht will linger as Interim CEO of the firm. Becht will also persist in his role as Chairman of the company. In connection with this change, Elio Leoni Sceti, who was planned to assume the role of CEO in July, has reviewed and decided not to join Coty. Director and Chairman of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee of Coty Peter Harf articulated that after further discussion, the Coty Board of Directors determined that leadership continuity is critical in ensuring the continued success of Coty’s strategy implementation.
